One-on-one sessions tailored to your fitness goals.

We have received quite a number of requests for personal training sessions and we have duly obliged. This program has been conceived for the older guys that for one reason or another cannot attend our normal training sessions on the weekdays.

We live sedentary lifestyles seeing as we drive to work, use the lifts instead of the stairs when headed to the office then spend 8-9hrs on a daily basis seated working behind a desk. All this has made a good number of us unfit courtesy of leading unhealthy lifestyles at the risk of: Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, High blood pressure, High Cholesterol, Stroke and Metabolic syndrome. Through the private personal program our Coaches tailor programmes (designed around boxing) intended for the particular individual depending on what the desired outcome is be it weight loss, strength training or endurance at a fee depending on the number of sessions required. Since this training is personalised it can be done in any area most preffered by the client be it at home, park or field.

Boxing is quite probably the most difficult sport in the universe as it is quite demanding physically, mentally and emotionally thus making the benefits of boxing beyond physical fitness and into building confidence and self belief. The benefits of private training overlap into your private life where as you get to not only look good but also feel better ultimately raising one's self esteem.

Our two Head Coaches, Coach Elijah and Coach Bisto have a combined 68 years experience in local boxing and this means that you are in spectacular hands when you sign up for this program.
