Once a month we have open-air training sessions where our youths get to hit the pads (mitts), some shadow boxing and even sparring.
On these sessions our senior trainees get to engage in some cardio work ranging from burpees, sit-ups and press-ups. These sessions are intense and lively as they are quite different from most of our sessions as the residents in the Jericho area flood to see the open air workouts with kids surrounding our boxers and even joining in doing the workouts in their own special way!
